Good to know
Before surgery, the medical guideline recommends something else first:
„Conservative therapy measures are recommended before surgical intervention. As a rule, these should be carried out for a period of 3 months before surgical therapy takes place.“
German S2e clinical guideline “Hallux valgus” (AWMF)
HeyFoot supports you with the conservative therapy of your hallux valgus.

Frequently asked
Answered briefly
How do I get the HeyFoot app?
Our goal is for HeyFoot to be approved as a digital health application (DiGA) that doctors can prescribe. On the way there, we are first conducting a clinical study. Until then you have two options: sign up for the study and get early, free access to the app – or join the waitlist without obligation and we will let you know as soon as HeyFoot becomes available.
How much does the HeyFoot app cost?
HeyFoot is intended to be reimbursed by statutory health insurers as a DiGA – the app would then be free for you. Participants in the clinical study already get free access today.
Who is HeyFoot for?
For adults with hallux valgus who want to actively address their symptoms and can invest around 15 minutes on five days per week. If you are unsure, please talk to your doctor first.
Can an app replace surgery?
We don't promise that. The guideline recommends around 3 months of conservative treatment before an operation – HeyFoot gives you a structured plan for exactly that. Whether surgery is necessary is a decision you make together with your doctor.
Take the first step.
We will shortly be conducting a clinical study to investigate the effectiveness of the HeyFoot app. As a participant, you get early, free access to the app. Alternatively, you can join the waitlist without obligation. We will get in touch as soon as HeyFoot becomes available.
